At-Will employment contract for the state of Minnesota. Employment contract for executives or senior managers with more generous terms for relocation, vacation and personal leave and the extension of health coverage for the employee’s family. The contract also includes confidentiality and non-compete clauses. Compensation includes bonuses, profit-sharing, stock options, and other long-term incentives.

Under Minnesota statute 181.988, covenants not to compete are void. The non-compete clause in this contract is limited to non-solicitation of clients, as this is excluded from the statute.
